Thank God - Bron phoned in to do the weather and it was superb - in every sense !

The saga continues - The evil underlord tries to take his rocket to the upperworld, but is the Professor trying to trick him by needing a map and compass. The hero tries to warn the world via a radio after beating up some goons. The next episode will be a live to air - don't miss it.

The Act talks about biodiversity protection and is used to assess proposals that may impact on that. In the marine environment, this can mean exploration, drilling, aquaculture and fisheries.

Proponents are expected to refer their proposals for assessment and approval under the act, the the Government decides whether this is a controlled act.

Prior to this Act, seafood was not considered worthy of consideration. However, all have been reviewed under the new Act and not 1 kg of fish export has been impacted, according to the Industry view..

One conservation view is that the Act has provided a framework to force the evaluation of the actions of people who want to draw on the resources of the ocean.

All that will be required is the Government will to take action.
