Brett was sitting out there on the water waiting to get under the surface for a dive. He could see his buddies at 10m depth. The water is still 15 degrees and away from the shore break on the outer coast it is great diving. He says he's seen warm water fish in Vic this year that he's never seen before and Dolphin Fish in Portland! He's thinking of taking winter holidays in Vic from now on as it is so warm!!
